Keva Juice, an up-and-coming smoothie franchise, needed to get closer to its ideal customer and differentiate itself from the existing smoothie industry “sea of wellness.”

Working with TKO Advertising, the company’s creative partner, Sol Marketing Concepts conducted a compelling and actionable customer research project on a shoestring budget that drove retail marketing programs for franchise partners to implement at the store level.
